Welcome to Hostreel! Since our project is currently in active development (work-in-progress) and in its beta testing phase, we want to keep these terms simple, clear, and easy to understand.
Hostreel is currently offered as a beta service. Features are under active development and are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We appreciate your feedback as we build and refine the engine.
We are not currently charging for our services, and we do not collect any payment or billing information. The creation of property audits and draft video concepts is entirely free of charge.
When you submit property URLs (such as Airbnb, VRBO, or direct booking sites), social media handles, or images to Hostreel, you represent that you own or have the necessary marketing permissions and rights to use and display these materials for content creation purposes.
Your database submissions (privately housed using Supabase) and any conversations or audits created through our service are kept completely confidential. We do not use your private content or listing media for any purposes other than drafting your custom social media templates.
We believe in a hands-on, approved pipeline. No content will be posted automatically to your public social media accounts without your explicit, manual preview and approval.
Because Hostreel is in beta, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or that features will behave flawlessly. By using this service, you agree that Hostreel will not be held liable for any data loss, platform changes, or social media reach metrics during this testing phase.
